Could this be the unicorn we’re all looking for?

The spacious room was bright and had excellent bedding, creating a cozy atmosphere. Location was convenient, with only a short walk to the Royal Mile.

Street noise was a real distraction, especially in rooms facing busy areas, making restful sleep a challenge.

Homey atmosphere with excellent coffee and tea selection.

The location of Allison House 16 was quite confusing, as there is another Allison House across the road. The front desk services are extremely limited, with no staff available during the night, making potential emergencies problematic. the bathroom sink was absurdly small, making basic tasks like filling a kettle quite challenging.

allison house is a cozy spot for two. the room is very clean, and the comfy bed made my stay delightful. it's right by a bus stop, making it easy to explore. the free early check-in was fantastic, and i loved having instant coffee and cookies each morning.

The Standard Double Room was pretty comfy. The bed was nice, and the view was lovely, looking out onto a little green space. It felt cozy and clean, definitely made for a good night’s sleep. The self-check-in was convenient too. Although the area was quiet, there weren’t many shops nearby, so keep that in mind if you want to grab snacks easily.
